Canara started their operations in India in 1971. Their headquarters is located in a scenic area near Mangalore, on the South - West coast of India. The manufacturing facility is located on 30,000 sq meters industrial land, with a built-up area of 8,500 sq meters. Manufacturing facility consists of tool room, aluminum die casting, machining, sheet metal, painting, power coating, assembly,testing, etc. Engineering facility covers consultancy, design, photometry and R&D. Corporate wing houses sales and marketing, finance, human resources, demonstration center and management staff.
